Former Ohio RNC State Director to Grow CampaignSidekick’s Presence Nationally
Fort Worth, TX – CampaignSidekick, a leading political software company, announced today that it is hiring Rob Lagergren as its Accounts Manager.
Lagergren, who served as the Republican National Committee’s state director for Michigan and Ohio for the past two election cycles, will be focused on expanding CampaignSidekick’s presence nationally.
“We are excited to welcome Rob to the team,” said Drew Ryun, founder and CEO of CampaignSidekick. “Rob’s breadth of knowledge regarding data, technology and how it intersects with politics makes him a great addition to the Sidekick team. This is a big get for us as we experience rapid growth.”
Since 2008 Rob Lagergren has been an integral part of Republican Party victories at the state and Presidential level. In 2016, he built and managed a team of 30 field operatives that successfully turned out the state’s vote for President Donald Trump, the first time a Republican Presidential candidate won Michigan since 1988.
In 2018, Lagergren led the largest and most successful ground game in mid-term election history in Ohio in 2018, making over 5 million voter contacts.
“I’m really excited to join the Sidekick team after working over a decade in field and data for the Republican Party,” said Lagergren. “This is a team looking to push the boundaries of what is possible when it comes to voter contact and big data. I look forward to working with campaigns across the county as we increase our Republican majorities in 2020.”
