Devices

The CampaignSidekick app can be downloaded in the Google Play Store for Android devices and the iTunes App Store for Apple devices. Please note we support Android devices running version Android 10 or higher and iPhones using iOS 13 and up. If your devices are not up to date, you will need to update them before using the Sidekick app.

Browsers

Supported browsers for desktop devices:  Google Chrome (66+), Safari for Mac (v11+), Microsoft Edge (18+), Firefox (60+)

Please note that because of its dominant market share, we optimize for the current version of Google Chrome. This is important to note when you are using our desktop version of the VoIP Phone Bank.

Fulfillment Policies

• Refund policy: Campaigns purchase a minimum of 3 months service from CampaignSidekick plus a pre-purchase of phone minutes and texts based on the size of campaign.
• Campaigns take 72 hours from the point of sign up until they are live.
• Cancellation policy: Campaigns that cancel in the first 24 hours will receive a full refund. If not cancelled within 24 hours from sign-up, campaigns commit to the 3 month minimum plus the initial pre-purchase of phone minutes and texts.
